1. How can I become a volunteer?
The association would welcome you as a volunteer. You may attend any HOA meeting and discuss your interest with a board member. Or, you may send an email to [email protected] letting us know of your interest.
2. What does my dues go to?
Your dues funds projects such as landscaping the common areas, replacing rock or irrigation lines if needed, paying for water for plants, flowers, and shrubs in common areas, costs associated with mailings, liability insurance, and attorney fees.
3. Can I opt out of the HOA?
As part of purchasing a home in the Grandridge Meadows subdivision, you became subject to the CCR's of the association.
4. What happens if I don't pay my dues on time?
Effective in 2016, Homeowners who do not pay their dues within 15 days of the due date will receive a $25 late fee and monthly ongoing interest charges.
